  • Data Usage: We access your device's camera to capture images of documents you wish to convert to PDF. These images are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share your photos on any external servers.
• Storage Permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES):
  • Purpose: Required to allow you to select images or documents from your device storage to convert or edit (e.g., Image to PDF, PDF to Word).
  • Data Usage: We only access the specific files you select. These files are processed locally on your device.

B. Personal Data

We do not collect, store, or share any personal identification information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location data. All document processing happens offline on your device.

2. How We Use Information

Since we do not collect personal data or upload your files to the cloud, we do not use your information for analytics, marketing, or any other purpose. The permissions requested are strictly for the technical functionality of the App.

3. Third-Party Services

Our App may use third-party libraries for core functionality:

• Google ML Kit: Used for text recognition (OCR). This library runs locally on your device.
• Apache POI: Used for document conversion. This library runs locally on your device.

4. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Since your files never leave your device, your data remains secure within your personal storage.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy.
